What we do
OFFICESPACES.AE places businesses into offices, coworking desks and virtual addresses in Ras Al Khaimah, and supports tenancy registration and company formation alongside that. We are not the operator or landlord of the spaces we show you. Buildings, business centres and free zone authorities set their own terms, prices and availability. Any agreement you enter is between you and that provider.
The prices on this site
The figures in the pricing table are general market ranges for Ras Al Khaimah, not an offer and not a quotation. What you actually pay depends on the building, the floor, the size of the unit, the contract length and what is bundled in. Ask us and you will get a figure for your case.
The guides
Our guides contain fees, area rules and cost ranges drawn from official UAE sources and from current market practice. Rules and tariffs change, authorities apply them with discretion, and individual cases vary. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. Before you commit money, confirm the specifics with the relevant authority or with a licensed corporate service provider. Where a figure comes from an official source we name it; where it reflects what service providers report in practice, we say that too.
Availability
Office availability in Ras Al Khaimah moves quickly. A space described to you is available at the time we describe it, and we cannot guarantee it will still be free when you decide. This is why we shortlist rather than publish a live inventory.
